Governor Inslee has issued Proclamation 20-23, pertaining to Utility Ratepayer Assistance and Preservation of Essential Services. Modern Electric Water Company is committed to keeping our customers connected to essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. If you are experiencing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for support, including long-term payment arrangements or bill assistance. This Proclamation does not relieve customers from the obligation to pay for utility services.

The following programs are available to Modern Electric Water Company (Modern) customers who need assistance paying their bills due to economic hardship as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Modern requests that customers with past due bills contact our customer service department at 509-928-4540, Ext 1 for assistance with payment arrangements and/or inquire about utility billing assistance.
